My neighbours above are so noisy and I don't know what to do about them, have tried speaking to them but they just ignore me and say they don't speak English.

Not sure what to do but can't stand the chairs scraping at 6 in the morning on a Sunday and really loud tv on constantly.

Any ideas on what I can do?

If it's unsocial hours you can make a complaint to the police. Not sure what happens after that though.

I suppose I could make a complaint to the police as it is often very unsocial hours - however, not sure what will happen next, really don't want to fall out with all the peopl ein the building, could make things more difficult
