I will be moving from Switzerland to Belgium over summer using a professional moving company.

Does anyone know whether I am going to need to pay tax on the belongings that I move? Or any other fees? Would there be some kind of government website that might explain this kind of thing?

I have never heard of a tax on belongings. I doubt you're going to find a government website on this, as I'm 99% certain no-one is taxed here on things they own, other than houses which are rented furnished.
You're taxed on income, not on possessions.

Thanks. A friend who moved to Switzerland was charged tax on her belongings when she crossed the border, so I was worried that it might happen to me crossing the Belgian border.
