Flying at night

mimi writes in Families & Kids

may sound odd but every time I take a night flight I get airsick which is pretty awful. Is there anything I can try as I have to take a night flight in a couple of weeks.

Have you tried herbal seditifs to help you drop off? Try Sedatif PC.

You can avoid salty food and dairy products in the days before flying to reduce motion sickness

Just thought you could also try those wristbands for travel sickness
