Trying to source French or German flour

Hello all:

I have recently moved to Brussels and am trying to source flour for baking bread.  The stuff in the supermarkets is definitely not what I'm looking for.

Does anyone know where I might find French Flour T-65, T-80 or T-110?  These would be equivalent to German T-812 and T-1050.  Is there a nearby mill where I could go or mail-order from?
